District & destination
Taxis in and to Scheveningen
To a seaside hotel, a harbour restaurant or a neighbourhood address. Plan your journey with a specific destination and time.
Scheveningen includes the beach area, boulevard, harbour and residential neighbourhoods such as Belgisch Park, Duindorp and Statenkwartier. When reserving your taxi, enter the street address or the venue name and address. This identifies the part of Scheveningen you want to reach.
Around the beach and boulevard
A beach visit usually starts or ends at a hotel, restaurant or reachable street address. Agree on the precise point, particularly if the venue is in a pedestrian area. For your accommodation, read about hotel transfers in The Hague and Scheveningen.
From the station to the coast
Arriving by train? Select the correct station name and add your final Scheveningen address. For a connection from Den Haag Centraal, allow time after arrival to walk with your belongings to the pickup point.
Plan your return journey
After dinner, a beach day or an event, your preferred pickup may differ from where you were dropped off. Give the return its own address and time. Clarify an uncertain or busy pickup point in advance. For departure from your accommodation to the airport, see taxis from Scheveningen to Schiphol.
Frequently asked questions
Can a taxi collect me by the beach?
Provide a specific hotel, restaurant or street address by the beach. Discuss where to wait if the venue is in a pedestrian area; the beach name alone is not a precise pickup point.
Can I be collected from Scheveningen harbour?
Yes, provide the address of your restaurant, appointment or other harbour location and choose the desired pickup time. Check the building number and entrance.
How do I reserve a return after an evening in Scheveningen?
Plan the return with the address you want to leave from and its own date and time. Check those details still suit you if your plans change.
